I read a quote this week that said "If cauliflower can somehow become pizza...you, my friend, can do anything".
I have to say, there is something very matter-of-fact and truly inspirational about this quote!
Throughout the pandemic, it has been easy to become overwhelmed with all of the uncertainties in front of us. And thus easy to lose sight of what is still possible. We can all use a reminder from time to time that even when it may not seem like it, possibility is everywhere. Even in pizza and vegetables!
How are your beliefs perhaps limiting you to seeing only one way of doing something?
What self-care steps are you maybe not taking out of fear, guilt, insecurity, or any other kind of discomfort?
What would be different for you if you recognized that anything can be possible?
